…my Fiber One granola bar (containing 35% of my daily fiber!) gave my jaw a run for it’s money.  It was so tired after I ate it for my mid-morning snack that I was afraid I’d never be able to open my mouth wide again. And what a bummer THAT would be, eh?

I don’t know. Maybe I should write a letter? Or maybe there are exercises I can implement. I’m at a loss of how to move forward.

    Newsflash….you can get fiber from salads, green veggies, whole grain breads, oatmeal…none of which will make your jaw so tired it wants to sit down!

    These are just options!!! Healthy ones!!! 🙂
